Fairfield Firefighters
Fairfield firefighters provide fire suppression, fire prevention, and emergency medical services to a growing service area that now includes the communities of Green Valley, Rockville, Cordelia, and Lower Suisun Valley following the department's absorption of Cordelia Fire Protection District firefighters.
The department serves more than 127,000 residents combined.
Firefighters respond from stations across the city and into southern Solano County, staffing six fire engines and a ladder truck.
Crews respond to more than 17,550 emergencies a year.
Fairfield's firefighters work day and night to keep the community safe.
